Lowers Blood Sugar


The addition of ginger tea to one's diet plan has been shown to regulate fasting blood sugar levels and this is because of the compound gingerols which is an active ingredient in ginger. You can go creative by adding a teaspoon of honey or lemon to zest up the taste.
