Low Carb Diet Consumption for Diabetics
Knowing the amount of low carb diet to eat for patients with diabetes varies with some factors. According to some studies, there has been a reduction in blood sugar levels when carbs were restricted to 20 grams daily.
Other research has revealed that moderate card restriction like 70 to 90 carbs is effective.
However, the amount of carb consumed depends on the individual as everyone responds differently to carbs. There is no specific plan that works perfectly for everyone.

To know the ideal amount of carb you need, you can measure your blood glucose level with a meter before and one to two hours after eating.

Low carb diets are good for diabetic patients. However, it is important to monitor your blood glucose level or work with a registered dietician to assist you in taking the right portion.
